Cruisers winter conditioning programs were created to allow our members to maintain their skills and conditioning during the off-season (October through May). Over time these program have evolved to include opportunities for new swimmers and members alike. We offer introductory and advanced speed swimming, synchro, and dive training for children of all ages. Registration for our programs can be found under the 'Registration' page, with costs being comparable to swimming lessons or other specialty aquatics programs that are offered on the North Shore. Swimmers may choose to train one or two hours per week. Summer swimmers who trained in Cruiser Group 1 and 2 during summer 2012 and new members should register in the level "Beginner-Intermediate" training.
