Summer Season Refund Policy
Refund requests received on or before April 30 would be eligible for a full refund of the membership cost.
Refund requests received on or before May 15th would be eligible for an 80% refund of the membership cost.
Refund requests received on or before June 30th are eligible for a 20% refund of the membership cost.
Please note: BCSSA Insurance & V&D costs and ACTIVE fees are non refundable.
Due to pool rental and club operational costs any refund request received after June 30th are not eligible for any refund.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: clubmanager@cruisersaquatics.com
Fall/Winter Season Refund Policy
Refund requests received five days before the first class would be eligible for a full refund of the membership cost.
Refund requests received within 15 days of the start of the fall or winter season are eligible for a 50% refund of the membership cost.
Please note: BCSSA Insurance & V&D costs and ACTIVE fees are non refundable.
Due to pool rental and club operational costs any refund request received after 15 days are not eligible for any refund.
